Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all IT support, consulting, and cybersecurity services provided by PHAZOR (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or receiving services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
PHAZOR provides:
General IT support and troubleshooting
Cybersecurity assessments and advisory services
Device setup, configuration, optimization, and consulting
Remote and onsite technical assistance
The scope for each engagement will be defined through intake forms, written communication, or invoice descriptions.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information about systems, accounts, and issues
Ensure they have proper authorization to request changes or access
Maintain backups of important data prior to service unless otherwise arranged
Provide a safe working environment and access to equipment for onsite visits
Maintain control of their own accounts, passwords, and recovery methods
Ensure all software in use is properly licensed
4. Security & Privacy
We only access or modify data as necessary to complete the service
Temporary access credentials will be deleted after use
Client information is protected under PHAZOR’s Privacy Notice
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated
Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services
6. Service Limitations
While PHAZOR uses industry best practices, no IT or cybersecurity service can guarantee absolute security or prevent all failures.
PHAZOR is not responsible for:
Data loss occurring prior to service
Hardware failures or defects
Issues caused by pre-existing malware, misconfiguration, or third-party changes
Outages or disruptions from vendors, ISPs, cloud services, or external providers
Emergency or time-critical response unless explicitly agreed upon in writing
7. Liability
PHAZOR’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule with reasonable notice at no cost
Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee at PHAZOR’s discretion
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, configurations, and access details as confidential. Information will only be shared with third parties when legally required or as part of service delivery using trusted vendors.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or receiving services from PHAZOR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
